Do I need to book in advance?
We highly recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time slot.
What's your cancellation policy?
-Our cancellation policy requires a minimum of 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the service cost. No-shows will be charged the full service amount. We understand that emergencies happen — please call us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.

Can I book multiple services in one visit?
Yes, you can book multiple services in one visit. Simply select each service you'd like during checkout. Contact us if you need help coordinating your appointments.

How does the hair extension booking process work?
-We always begin with a complimentary consultation to make sure we find the right extension method, colour, and amount of hair for you.
During your consultation, we will:
- Discuss your hair goals, lifestyle, and expectations
- Assess your natural hair to determine the best extension method for you
- Complete a professional colour match
- Recommend the appropriate length, amount, and type of hair
- Go over pricing, maintenance, and the extension process
- Answer any questions you may have
Once we've determined the best option for you, we will order your hair and book your installation appointment. If a colour service is needed before your extensions, we will schedule that as well to ensure your colour and extensions blend seamlessly.
Your consultation also includes an aftercare guide, and we'll walk you through everything you need to know to properly care for your extensions at home.

What are the prices for hair extensions?
Our extensions are priced per bundle, allowing us to customize the amount of hair based on your natural hair, desired length, fullness, and overall look.
Bundles start at $175, with our most popular option being our 20" weft extensions:
- 50g bundle: $395
- 100g (2 bundles): $790
Most clients will require 1–2 bundles, depending on their natural hair density and desired result. During your consultation, we’ll determine exactly how much hair you need to achieve a seamless, natural-looking finish.
Please note: Extension pricing is for the hair only. Installation and any additional colour services are priced separately and will be discussed during your consultation.

What's your return policy on retail products?
Retail products may be returned within 30 days of purchase for store credit.

Absolutely! We offer personalized product recommendations based on your hair type, condition, and specific needs.
For an even more in-depth analysis, we offer a Kerastase K-Scan hair analysis. Using our professional scanning technology, we can take a closer look at your hair and scalp to better understand its condition and recommend the products and treatments best suited to you.
